Product description
A cottage by the waterfall your child builds cube by cube. Each 2 cm cube carries a printed nature texture (white and red brick, flowering meadow, leafy treetops, rushing water) and snaps to the next one on any of its six faces, so the scene stays standing while little hands keep adding to it.
Does your child love animals and little houses in the woods? This set gives them both. First they build the cottage from the picture, with its red roof, a waterfall tumbling into a stream, two round trees and a pair of little builders in hard hats, then find a home for the puppy, the bunny, the parrot, the owl and the hedgehog. Then they take it apart and invent the rest: a treehouse, a bridge over the stream, a bigger den for the animals.
Reproducing the cottage from the picture is a real planning exercise: count the cubes, find the right texture, work out which row goes first. Your child practices spatial reasoning and sequencing without noticing, because the goal is simply to get the roof on and the waterfall running.
The magnets make the process forgiving. Cubes that line up click together, a cube placed the wrong way is turned around in a second, and nothing collapses when a wall is rebuilt. Set the pieces out on a low shelf or table so your child can reach them freely. Show the movement once, slowly, then step back and let them try. Adult supervision is recommended. Wipe clean with a damp cloth — no dishwasher, no soaking.

Building the cottage from the picture asks your child to plan, count and sequence: how wide the walls go, where the waterfall falls, how many red bricks the roof needs. Each session strengthens their ability to picture a 3D shape and carry out a multi-step project on their own.
Once the model stands, the animals take over. The parrot keeps watch from the cliff, the puppy splashes by the stream, the builders fix the roof: pretend play grows out of the build, and the cottage becomes the setting for new stories every day.
